My dear father and friend, the great John Bafut, alias John America. I can’t believe

that you are gone, yet I believe that it was God’s time for you to go. I miss your love, your beautiful smile, your great joy, and your wonderful sense of humour.You taught me to be

free minded, and you constantly reminded me to do so by using the words “free your mind”.

You were a great mentor.

I will live to cherish all the

memories you shared with me until we meet to part no more. Thank you for being such a great father an example to emulate.
